The product was requested for review and was sent quickly by our sponsor. After very little time the cross trainer started to impress with its easy setup and easy learning curve. I had a good cardio work out on it and could really feel the tension in my thighs afterwards. The abs trainer was equally good and after three sets of reps I could feel the burn all the way across my stomache muscles. The build quality of the cross trainer is fairly average and while fit for purpose it is not going to win any awards
This cross trainer is a fine example of how Gym Master are targeting newcomers to the home exercise market. The retailer has set the price at £129.99 (February 2010) it is a steal considering what you get for the money. A pretty good item which overall is a strong choice if you want a value for money package.
