The mk cross trainer is really simple to work and using it was pretty fool proof. Get on and start peddling and pushing. The component quality of the cross trainer is alright. This is one of those products that you will either use once and it will stay in the garage unused for the rest of its life or you will get on it every other day for ever more. I really like the design and think it looks superb.
