This has all the makings of a well made cross trainer and great care has been put in to producing it. The compact design and comparitively light weight frame make this easy to move around. I really love the style and must say I think it looks great.
I got it setup pretty quickly and had a half hour session followed by ten minutes of rest and then back on for a fourty minute session after which I was done. The Vfit MTE3 provides a hard work out on the higher settings and you can feel the fatigue all over which is why these cross trainers became so popular in the fist place. The unit worked well and the action was smooth and comfortable. One thing of note is that there is no seat like some of the dual exercise bike cross trainers which means you are standing the whole time. If you are on the look out for a nice cross trainer then the V-Fit cross trainer is highly recommended by buycrosstrainer.co.uk.
